Application de PCTFE fils isolés

1. Polytrifluoroethylene, abbreviated as F30, has a melting point temperature of 212-217 degree , a minimum operating temperature of -50 degree , and a maximum operating temperature of 130-150 degree ;

2. A a haut volume résistivité (10¹⁶  � �. cm) Pas significativement changeant avec température , even à 160 degré  , il reste à 10 ¹⁵� � � � cm ;

3. The breakdown field strength is high, and the mechanical strength is higher than that of polytetrafluoroethylene;

4. A bonne résistance à flux froid , atmosphérique vieillissement , et photovieillissement ;

5. Le rayonnement résistance est meilleure que d’autres fils fluoroplastiques (légèrement pire que F40 et PFA) , avec 3  × 10⁵Gy (3  × 10⁷Rouge) , et bonne eau et humidité résistance ;

6. F30 est principalement utilisé comme isolation et gaine matériau pour haute température résistance installation lignes.
